• E&J Services Inc. leased 1,200 square feet at 5075 N. La Cañada Drive, represented by Bruce Suppes, CB Richard Ellis. The landlord, Westwood Financial Corp., was represented by Dave Hammack, Volk Company.
• A Reflexology Studio leased 1,200 square feet of space at 3773 W. Ina Road from Venture West Real Estate Service. David Dutson, Bourn Partners, represented the tenant and landlord.
• Total Sleep Diagnostics renewed its lease for 1,192 square feet at 6296 E. Grant Road, Suite 110, from landlord Western America Equities. Picor’s Thomas Nieman represented the landlord.
• The Reserve at Star Pass leased 1,003 square feet of space at 747 N. Park Ave., from the Marshall Foundation.  The tenant and landlord were both represented by Tamra Williamson, Bourn Partners.
• The Law Office of Eric Post leased 1,000 square feet at 3256 E. Speedway from Property Investments. Debbie Heslop, Volk Company Commercial Real Estate, represented the landlord.
